REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A fee of £15 per person applies to any form of cancellation made before 11th May 2012. No refunds will be made after this date; however you may transfer your registration to another person providing it has been fully paid. SEATING:

Due to the Waterfront Hall seating policy, we have to issue each delegate with a seat allocation which will be where you sit for the duration of the conference. If you require special seating (for medical conditions) at Conference, please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by the 4th March 2012.
